best customer service

I have fell the best customer service among buying this dress.bofore my order,they gave me many useful suggestions ,when I got the dress, everything is good except the dress is a little dirty on the end of skirt,I told the service and they apologise to me immediately even they giv me 10 dollars' refund. i think this is a little wrong and they are so kind. i will remember you and recommend to all my friends.
